Wa.. kayaking training quite shiok.., BUT quite tired too T.T, we run 4 round at sch stadium, after tat we were divided into 3 groups to compete the 100m sprint winner do 15 push-up, 2nd do 20, 3rd do 25, for the first set we get 3rd placing but our group nv give up and we make some staragies and we won first place for the rest of the sets xD, and it damn tired.. when the last set i sprint i'm abt to cramp my leg.. lucky still can tong until finish, den my fren help mi stretch to di-cramp my leg haha~ xD thx to him, we do as usual only up-pull increase to 4 set of 7 actually 3 set of 8 only, do until hand oso numb =.= haha~ but quite shiok after all.. =D
