this post is yesterday de post forget to post out =P so now doing the posting..
hmm~ where should i start from.. =\
ok juz start from the race tat i help my fren den club.., and tat club is call T net club(teenage club) and the race is for teenage ard 12~16 yrs old de ba.., very suprise tat y i take part ba and my age already 19 le so old haiz but my and other fren wilson even old 21 le haha~ =P, tat time i oso very suprise tat my fren told mi and i say r u sure we can take part, he say ya can de they oso nv check IC and other club de ppl oso call 17~19 yrs old de ppl, den we laugh lor.. cos we look at the other team and look at our team can say tat we sure win.. xD cos got 3 of us in tat boat ma guo bin, wilson and mi from DB de lei.. =P sure can win de.. and the club oso give us a t-shirt for participate the race for them.. and we got in the boat by 4:10pm like tat den u know wat time they start.. damn angry lor.. ;( they start at 5pm+ sitting inside the boat so long.. and do nth.. =.= but at last our turn to race le... and the result is we WON xD the race was so close we oso abt to lose too.. but very heng we won =P

omg everytime say wan early slp now still writing my blogger.. and is next day le.. haiz.. but nvm la juz put timing can le xD
hmm~ writing yesterday happen de.. hmm~ ya.. kelvin, wei qiang and i went wakeboarding.. it's SHIOK lor.. first time try tat sport quite exciting =D fall alot time cos still can't get the balance.. so cannot go far.. but nvm next time will do better de sure can finish going 1 round de.. =P the cost of tat is $21.5/1hr quite cheap le tat's my fren say, cos if we were to rent a boat $80/1hr like tat.. expensive ba.. haha~
mi and my fren plan to buy the skiboard for tat sport but first we need to get our car licence first den next time we can put our board in the car and drove there.. haha~
after tat wakeboarding we go subway there eat quite nice but expensive.. after eating lei we watch some 1 playing the remote race car quite fun lor but very expensive total cost abt 1k o.o scary ba.. =P today we oso quite heng cos they have a race today so we got the chance to watch but only 6 ppl participate the race so it's abit sian lor so we watch half way den go home le..
hmm~ o ya heard from my fren say tat we have another day of training on wednesday.. T.T so my training day will be monday, wednesday, thursday and saturday.. wa.. alot lor.. cannot play game le like tat need to slot some time to study so must jia you~ ^.^v hahaha~ nv give up

hmm~ the test on thursday i give up 2 questions cos i nv study tat 2 topic.. but the rest i do finish, i think this paper i will score better den the other 2 papers..
after the test i and my fren fy sheng go take my fitness test so i go to my school gym find En kai to help us on the fitness test after tat still got 2 more gals come too is from our kayaking de, and so we need to take height & weight, i grown taller le lor 173cm =P weight 65kg, after tat we took sit&reach; push-up; sit-up, 53; 78; 45, and still got measure my high blood pressure, heart beats, cholesterol and measure fats & waist xD
and they oso say my chest big haha~ xD, everythings i got excellent except the high blood pressure and waist tat part, say tat i slightly to high blood pressure o.o need to watch my diet, maybe i slp not enough =\ and for the waist part i quite sure wat they say le is got problem but wouldn't so suay kana de.. whose know =\
after tat test i wait for my training to start.. so i go buy some nuggest to eat and the nuggest at the business block de suck lor.. and still so expensive lor.. damn it.. i still buy 10 nuggest should have buy 5 and try first.. T.T
after eating we go for our training and i heard tat captain say today training will be tough and told us to bring bottle those who dun have de need to go buy.. luckly i brought mine xD den the training is like this
run 1 round the stadium den run ard the sch den run 1 round the stadium abt 2.4km after tat water break 1 min, den we go to chin-up bar there do 5 set of 8 first 3 set need to do 15 push-up after u do the pull-up, when i do the 1 push-up my whole body touches the ground den i realise tat my shoulder going to tighten already den i try to tong
after tat we do 7 set carido after the 7 set my shoulder totally cannot do push-up liao, den after tat 7 set we do pull-up again =.= 3 set of 3 this 3 set is different is to train our arm de.. is like this we pull up first hold at there count to 5 den drop half way den count to 5 again den drop all the way down and count 5 again for 3 set.. i still have the strenght to do but my shoulder cannot so i cannot pull myself up but i can hang on there.. so i need my fren to push mi up den i slowly come down..
so now i try to do push-up oso cannot le totally cannot go down, once go down sure my body touches the floor de.. and no strenght to push myself up =.="

today wake up at 7am prepare to go for sea training.. cos 8am i need to wait for bus le abt 1hr trip to seletar reservoir, when i reach there i saw no 1 o.O den i walk to our boat house den i saw 3 junior and 2 senior lol so few, cos today is optional sea training.. but later more junior came le abt 5~7 came.. haha~ and 1 more senior came too.. we row abt 10km, today i row quite well better den last time haha~ we row until 12pm+
after the sea training we went to eat.. den i went home le cos later 6pm still got land training..
TIRED .. ~.~ haha.. and i took down the pic i broke tat time.. now they use plastic to wrap it

wa.. today train i love it xD BUT oso dying.. run until mad.. xD, today raining so we run inside the sch, we ran from a end to the library den need to dash back.. and we need to hit 1min 30sec and below, we do tat for 4 set the lenght abt 600m, so for the first set i run first come back.. xD for sure de.. haha~ =P den the 2nd set i run with captain = "junwei" and others.. junwei was quite fast so it quite exciting lor cos can ran with captain lei xD win le so proud =P and he is not the fastest in there.. so still ok la slowly build up first den fight with the strong 1,
we 2 were the fastest in the group we run, so my aim is to win junwei so i sure use my max to fight with him and the result is i WIN xD, so here the incident happen, when on the way back he was abt quite near mi so i boots up my speed when abt to reach the ending point, when i reach my ending point i can't stop my speed down so fast.. so infront of mi is a board cover with glasses tat show the map of this area, so i use my hand to brake by pressing onto it and i never realise tat i press to hard or wat the glasses crack... and every1 was so shock.. haiz forget to take tat picture down if thursday training they haven't change i took the pic down and post again.. xD and my hand got cut by the glasses..
Lol~ can see xD small cut.. =P

today i meet up with fu sheng at hougang point tat big police station ard 8am at take bus, cos i not quite sure how to go seletar reservoir for sea training xD
when i meet him le, he ask mi y u nv bring ur running shoes ar? den i was ??? need to bring meh?, of cos la he say, den i was aiya nvm de la later i tell him when i come out from house forget to take with mi lor den no need to run le haha~
den our bus 72 came den we board it and ride until yishun interchange from there we took 854 to seletar reservoir, when we reach our training place, i ask my senior, hmm~ i forget to bring along my shoes with mi lei i left it at home when i coming out, how ar? u know wat he say run with bare foot lor.. den i was ..... Err.. ok.. =.=, we ran 3 round like tat + up slope still need to dash up.. WA.... tat's was pain.. T.T so next time i die die oso need to remember to bring le..
after the run we were arrange to which boat we use, i was using the S1 boat damn shiok tat was wat i wan.. single person row.. xD so excited lor.. it was easy to balance with S1 boat, but the problem is my boat can't go straight =.=" cos they say i apply different strength on both side tat's y the boat not straight... haha~
and some of my badge de using T1 boat i think only 3 of them use.. it was hard to balance and quite narrow compare with S1, den the funny thing is 3 of them only 1 keep falling into water.. haha~ the 1 of them is Marcus.. haha~ i rescue him like abt 3 time le.. haha~ like abt 1 hr like tat we swap ppl row cos of not enough boat den the name was call de den need to swap, my name was not called so still keep on rowing.., but Marcus call mi to swap with him, cos he dun wan to fall into the water anymore.. haha~ den i swap with him
when i sit inside the T1, it was wa..., cos i hardly move my backside.. cos once i move i will capsize and fall into the water.. so i try to adjust my sit first before moving off.., and it was quite hard to balance it.. many time i was abt to fall into the water but very heng nv fall a single time.. so i start rowing out, everytime i passby Marcus or other frens they will say u fall into water le ma? den i was =.=" y u all so wish to see mi fall into water ar.. haha~
the sun was quite hot and i got tan up only 2 arms =.=" cos my lifevest was damn big, bigger den others.. =.=" cover my whole body only left 2 arms were outside.. so i think tml i will go tan whole body.. haha~ so long nv tan le xD

=D today feels great cos today training i do wats the senior do haha~ feel so great... xD
but now's a days.. i found some things had losts...., my characters?, feelings? or ?, really getting tired day by days.. =\
hope can be last time de mi, can do wat i wan, wat i like.., no need to think of so much things and no need to fan so much things.., juz do wat i really wan to do..
falls down and climb up again.., tat's wat i always do.., always like to keep things/problems to myself, solve anythings myself.. cos, i dun really trust other ppls and so i seldom will talk to ppls, like or dislike juz keep to myself know.. very easy to feel guilty for ppls tat my very weak point.., help others more den helping myself.. anythings wrong i will juz blame to myself den others ppls y am i tat stupid? =.=", making my parents worry abt mi.. =\
but now better change alot.. (: trying to be more open now.. but it really tiring.. ~_~
wat if i turn bad,evil and wild? no need to feel guilty for ppls, help myself more den helping ppls.. and juz believe myself, and wouldn't be cheat by others ppls.. maybe like tat they wouldn't be worry mi cheated by other ppls.
haha~ saying all this make mi feel stupid.. xD btw only 2 person will know.. maybe more ppl will know? hahaha~ haiz..
now i thinking back to the past.. wat i wish in front of the gods, i told gods " i dun wish to have a relationship, and juz wan take care of my parents till they grown old ", now i think back it quite touch and silly, which parents dun wish their children have their own family when they grown up..
cos tat time think y ppl have a relationship, quarrel quarrel den break den go find another and start again.. like very ma fan as well dun have relationship den wouldn't quarrel le and everythings will be fine tat's wat i last time think, and now i think maybe my wish is granted.. cos from tat day till now i still dun have single of gf xD, and no gal approach oso haiz.., see others guys so many gals approach, haha~ nvm la dun have dun have lor.. xD single oso quite good oso =D, lol like i'm comforting myself now.. tat's wat i alway do oso.. xD
writing all this like i'm becoming emo le haha~ xD, i think none of my fren nor my 10+yrs fren still dunno my character yet ba.. haha~ nvm la dunno better.. xD i myself know can le.. like to push to extreme wat i do, but now dun have the feeling.. maybe is i lost this important feeling ba.. =\ hope can find this feeling back.. Haha~ today counted as quite fun la.. xD
today after my revision at sch, i go meet irene cos she say wan pei mi go buy slipper at downtown..., and she oso bring along her didi, he is quite friendly easy to communicate.. haha~, so they both pei mi go buy slipper lor but nv saw the 1 i wan.. so need to wait till this come sunday, cos they say new stock will be coming.. so wait till den...
den we go arcade play basketball damn fun so long nv play le den we take turn play and irene play until sweat.. haha~ and we saw a family playing too they turn by turn play de lor play finish change another.. =.= we have no chance to touch tat machine.. heng is another side ppl dun wan to play le den we fast go there and tape the card and play.. haha together we play 3 round lol actually play 1 time only dunno irene tape how many time... and the higher score is 350+ or 360+ haha~
after tat we slack at mac there chit chat until 12pm like tat no bus to go back le.., den irene call her fren come fetch us.. they quite a nice person.. and our driver is call samuel quite tao.., den irene say he is like tat de.. slowly we find some topic chat, den i found tat he is quite all rite.. quite friendly too..
den he bring us ard.. cos irene say still dun wan to go home so fast.., so we sat on his car spin ard.. and we go to senteosa there see view.. haha~ and our last station is loyang dua pei gong there pai pai.. after tat samuel fetch us home le~

WAHAHA~ today training got improve.. xD going to gain back my stamina le hehe~, today we sprint 4 set of 400m, 1st set "1.03" first 1 to come back feel so good xD very long nv like this before le =D ,2nd,3rd and 4th "1.20" haha~ cos backside cramp le cannot sprint so only can leg open big and ran..
feel shiok today can not feel so tired when doing all the exercise.. tat mean got improve le.. hmm.. so must keep it up xD
but exam oso coming.. haiz, hope can score well.. =D, but hope is SURE WILL SCORE WELL DE..!! xD
so can't play much games le study study study.. xD but sure will pamper myself de la~ =P

after finish cutting i look at the mirror, den i see hmm.. abit weird weird de.. den i told uncle hmm.. my hair like umbrella lei.., den the uncle say good ma next time u go out no need to bring the umbrella along le.. den he laugh.., den i =.=" wat the... abit of angry and funny la.., den i go back to my parents shop and told my mum wat the barber uncle say, den she looked my hair den she laugh.. and say ur head bigger den others 1cm, den she say next time u no need to lend umbrella from ur fren, told them i no need umbrella de i have my big head with a umbrella hair more 放便.

Haha~ ^^ i got in the kayaking team le xD, today i went home early cos lesson end at 12pm, den i went home and saw my lovely bed calling mi come to mi xD, i can't tahan cos too tired le den i take a quick nap, i set my alarm at 4:30pm, cos by tat time i still not sure wan go down re-test ma, so i set the alarm first.., den when i wake up i talk to myself wan to go or no..., still can't make up the mind and i oso very sian le lor cos nv get in, in the first test.
Den my fren sms mi.. " ben are u going down for re-test" den i say "yup" , cos i think is aiya go down train train lor and you are not alone ma still got fren at there with u, and if u still can't get in den go back ITE DB train lor..
den i went down and take my re-test.., den alot of ppl saw mi "a.. how come u come for re-test, i thought u should be in the team le" , den i say "they cock eyes ma dunno how to choose =P haha~" den we do as usual, for the 4km run i got "18:33", pull-up "15", push-up "77", still not my best but i get 2nd in run, 1st in pull-up, 1st in push-up for the re-test, den i told myself if i still can't get in at this rate i can go die le..
after all the station we do they announce, finally i got in, by tat time i really happy lor =D, so now my train will be fix on monday, thursday and satuarday le~ ^^ train hard study hard.. =D

Hmm~ today my fren told mi his fren say tat " if ur fren really determined to join kayaking den call him come down thursday to retake the trail test, and tell him take care of himself" , cos my fren told her i whole body ache liao can't do much,
hmm.. so now still thinking tml going for the trail test again or not.. if not i will go back to ITE DB to train..,
i join sch cca is to get the cca point, cos it will help mi if i wan to go uni to study, if i go back ITE DB training... i wouldn't have the cca point but sure will be fun with them, and i oso dunno how long i could train at there cos my fren at there like left abt 1yr at ITE den graduate le.. so i think i oso will train 1yr at ITE only.. haiz..
HEAD BIG!!!..
Think think think... ...think think Think, and common test is coming soon.. need to study oso.. make mi even head big.. haiz... feel like finding some place quiet, windy and refresh air, tat will be my prefect place to relax and release stress.. xD, but hard to find tat kind of place.. if only singapore have a big mountian with big green field or a big rainforest.. i will build my own tree house at there den i sure will go there if i have any unhappy/stress or relax, hope have such a place.. =D

Ahhh.... =.=" sian lor... damn angry.. grr~ ; [ today i juz check whether my name got in the kayaking team.. or not, AND I SAW NONE!! T.T, i can't believe it.. my running i got 14/32-6 position, pull-up i got 12/32-6 position like tat and push-up i got 4/32-6 position like tat, somemore i saw some guy lose to mi all station still got IN!! =.= WTH!!!
haiz.. and my fren help mi sms the vice-captian, and she say she can't do anything tell mi go ask the captain.. or come down to re-test on thursday... =.=" , now all my muscules part all camp de lor.. so long nv exercise and still max all station... dying soon le.. haha~ xD, i dun think i will recover all by thursday lor.. =P
today after sch my fren bring mi go somerset there walk walk around find havaianas flip flops haha~ from somoerset walk to PS there see see.., we walk till ard 6pm+ den we all go home le..

Hmm~ today i having the last trail test for kayaking and they are going to choose 40 ppl from boys and girls, so our test is like tat, they tell us to run 10 rounds at the stadium to test us how fast we can finish and i got 20:05 for tat run, after tat we do up-pull, see who can pull the most, i pull 13 only drop alot T.T, and the most they pull is 21 not proper de lor grr.. play CHEAT.. and the last test is push-up, oso the same do the max, so i do 72, drop alot oso haiz~ but nvm still top, in the first place, after tat got some idiots 2 or 3 persons like tat do juz 1~3 more push-pull den mi =.=" i sian half way.. so next time i wait till the last 1 do, see how much they do first de do.. muhaha~ xD

Today actually is going to celebrate kiat going ns de, but den he nv ans our call den nv go le, so i went to my grandma house, goes off from my house ard 12:30pm, so i went to take mrt at Buang Kok station, when i walk pass i saw quite alot of ppl at there i thought is wat things, actually is the kopi shop open le.. and FairPrice, so next time i no need to go until so far to buy things to eat le haha~
on my way to grandma house at Boon Keng, i drop off at Potong Pasir to buy wu xiang for grandma and my ah 姨 to eat, cos my grandma likes to eat =D, so i buy ard $12.60 for tat wu xiang. Reach my grandma house abt 1+pm ba..,
ate half way le xD
so after eating, we chit chat, talk abt last time when i was still a baby, how fat and cute i was and y i was call "Han Zi Ong" Potatoes King =P, cos when i was a baby i walk, the legs is open big big de.. like the chinese 8 haha.. xD
after tat i help her massage her legs and arms, at first she still say no need, dun have anywhere uncomfortable, den i say nvm la juz normal massage lor.., den when i help her massage her thigh, she say pain dun rub too hard, cos her nerve is tight, so i help her loosen up her nerve and give a back massage, make her more relief.
when my ah 姨 come back home from work, she saw mi help my grandma massage she oso wan and tell mi massage for her.. =.= so tired~ haha =P after helping them massage i oso abt to go home le den my grandma gave mi $20 ... cos she say i buy the food come, den i say no need and she say nvm juz take dun let my cousin know cos my cousin oso at my grandma house too cos she only give mi and nv give them.. den i really wan go home le my ah 姨 gave mi $30 for my birthday ... den i say my birthday oso over le nvm la, den she say it ok juz buy wat u wan.. so i accept it, den she say enough or not? she still wan to gave some more $, den i quickly say it's enough le no need thx thx.., juz keep it and slowly spend la u oso earn not so much.. den she say hmm ok..
so today i go for a trip to grandma house got $50.. =D hmm~ need to save them up for next time use.. haha~
