hmm~ the test on thursday i give up 2 questions cos i nv study tat 2 topic.. but the rest i do finish, i think this paper i will score better den the other 2 papers..
after the test i and my fren fy sheng go take my fitness test so i go to my school gym find En kai to help us on the fitness test after tat still got 2 more gals come too is from our kayaking de, and so we need to take height & weight, i grown taller le lor 173cm =P weight 65kg, after tat we took sit&reach; push-up; sit-up, 53; 78; 45, and still got measure my high blood pressure, heart beats, cholesterol and measure fats & waist xD
and they oso say my chest big haha~ xD, everythings i got excellent except the high blood pressure and waist tat part, say tat i slightly to high blood pressure o.o need to watch my diet, maybe i slp not enough =\ and for the waist part i quite sure wat they say le is got problem but wouldn't so suay kana de.. whose know =\
after tat test i wait for my training to start.. so i go buy some nuggest to eat and the nuggest at the business block de suck lor.. and still so expensive lor.. damn it.. i still buy 10 nuggest should have buy 5 and try first.. T.T
after eating we go for our training and i heard tat captain say today training will be tough and told us to bring bottle those who dun have de need to go buy.. luckly i brought mine xD den the training is like this
run 1 round the stadium den run ard the sch den run 1 round the stadium abt 2.4km after tat water break 1 min, den we go to chin-up bar there do 5 set of 8 first 3 set need to do 15 push-up after u do the pull-up, when i do the 1 push-up my whole body touches the ground den i realise tat my shoulder going to tighten already den i try to tong
after tat we do 7 set carido after the 7 set my shoulder totally cannot do push-up liao, den after tat 7 set we do pull-up again =.= 3 set of 3 this 3 set is different is to train our arm de.. is like this we pull up first hold at there count to 5 den drop half way den count to 5 again den drop all the way down and count 5 again for 3 set.. i still have the strenght to do but my shoulder cannot so i cannot pull myself up but i can hang on there.. so i need my fren to push mi up den i slowly come down..
so now i try to do push-up oso cannot le totally cannot go down, once go down sure my body touches the floor de.. and no strenght to push myself up =.="
