today i meet up with fu sheng at hougang point tat big police station ard 8am at take bus, cos i not quite sure how to go seletar reservoir for sea training xD

when i meet him le, he ask mi y u nv bring ur running shoes ar? den i was ??? need to bring meh?, of cos la he say, den i was aiya nvm de la later i tell him when i come out from house forget to take with mi lor den no need to run le haha~

den our bus 72 came den we board it and ride until yishun interchange from there we took 854 to seletar reservoir, when we reach our training place, i ask my senior, hmm~ i forget to bring along my shoes with mi lei i left it at home when i coming out, how ar? u know wat he say run with bare foot lor.. den i was ..... Err.. ok.. =.=, we ran 3 round like tat + up slope still need to dash up.. WA.... tat's was pain.. T.T so next time i die die oso need to remember to bring le..

after the run we were arrange to which boat we use, i was using the S1 boat damn shiok tat was wat i wan.. single person row.. xD so excited lor.. it was easy to balance with S1 boat, but the problem is my boat can't go straight =.=" cos they say i apply different strength on both side tat's y the boat not straight... haha~

and some of my badge de using T1 boat i think only 3 of them use.. it was hard to balance and quite narrow compare with S1, den the funny thing is 3 of them only 1 keep falling into water.. haha~ the 1 of them is Marcus.. haha~ i rescue him like abt 3 time le.. haha~ like abt 1 hr like tat we swap ppl row cos of not enough boat den the name was call de den need to swap, my name was not called so still keep on rowing.., but Marcus call mi to swap with him, cos he dun wan to fall into the water anymore.. haha~ den i swap with him

when i sit inside the T1, it was wa..., cos i hardly move my backside.. cos once i move i will capsize and fall into the water.. so i try to adjust my sit first before moving off.., and it was quite hard to balance it.. many time i was abt to fall into the water but very heng nv fall a single time.. so i start rowing out, everytime i passby Marcus or other frens they will say u fall into water le ma? den i was =.=" y u all so wish to see mi fall into water ar.. haha~

the sun was quite hot and i got tan up only 2 arms =.=" cos my lifevest was damn big, bigger den others.. =.=" cover my whole body only left 2 arms were outside.. so i think tml i will go tan whole body.. haha~ so long nv tan le xD
