today wake up at 7am prepare to go for sea training.. cos 8am i need to wait for bus le abt 1hr trip to seletar reservoir, when i reach there i saw no 1 o.O den i walk to our boat house den i saw 3 junior and 2 senior lol so few, cos today is optional sea training.. but later more junior came le abt 5~7 came.. haha~ and 1 more senior came too.. we row abt 10km, today i row quite well better den last time haha~ we row until 12pm+





after the sea training we went to eat.. den i went home le cos later 6pm still got land training..

TIRED .. ~.~ haha.. and i took down the pic i broke tat time.. now they use plastic to wrap it
