wa.. today train i love it xD BUT oso dying.. run until mad.. xD, today raining so we run inside the sch, we ran from a end to the library den need to dash back.. and we need to hit 1min 30sec and below, we do tat for 4 set the lenght abt 600m, so for the first set i run first come back.. xD for sure de.. haha~ =P den the 2nd set i run with captain = "junwei" and others.. junwei was quite fast so it quite exciting lor cos can ran with captain lei xD win le so proud =P and he is not the fastest in there.. so still ok la slowly build up first den fight with the strong 1,
we 2 were the fastest in the group we run, so my aim is to win junwei so i sure use my max to fight with him and the result is i WIN xD, so here the incident happen, when on the way back he was abt quite near mi so i boots up my speed when abt to reach the ending point, when i reach my ending point i can't stop my speed down so fast.. so infront of mi is a board cover with glasses tat show the map of this area, so i use my hand to brake by pressing onto it and i never realise tat i press to hard or wat the glasses crack... and every1 was so shock.. haiz forget to take tat picture down if thursday training they haven't change i took the pic down and post again.. xD and my hand got cut by the glasses..
