today lesson end very early 12pm den end le, and today dun have training too so we do our own, mi and fu sheng only and still is using my method to train.. haha xD
quite shiok lor.. very long nv tat xiong de training le mi myself almost can't take it.. haha~ we use 30min like tat do 5~6 set ard the stadium track.. each side mi do push-up "30", sit-up "30", catch-stretch "15" and jumping-jet "20 counts of 4" after tat we rest awhile take a slip of water den we run 2.4km.. total spend 45min+ doing all this actually wan do more de but only 2 of us morale a bit low so nv do le after tat we go mac eat.., abt to turn in the mac i saw 1 girl overall very prefect.. but dunno her character is good or bad la so can't judge by the looks.. =D
overall i feel tat my method of training better den the kayaking de training.. xD but i dun think my teammate can take it my training method haha =P
