now i have plan tat i will be training my stamina everyday after sch le.. and today i juz started my training only 1hr run.., i now really need to buck up my fitness le as i do the NAPFA Trainer Test i know i have drop alot le.. since i'm out of the dragonboat training.. really miss the olden days training lor... =\ hmm~ tml i will be training my stamina too after sch den i will head to sea training... =D, so train hard study smart.. =P
