WA~ yesterday damn tired and angry la~!!! fitness really drop alot le lor.. need to push back le yesterday de NAPFA Trainer test i got 2station nv meet the criteria 1 is 2.4km i come back at 10:19min de lor dunno y he wrote 10:23 den i fail by 3!! sec WAT THE
HELL~?!! =.=" anotheris standing broad jump i got 239cm, 3cm den i pass le... WOAH~!!!!! and only jocye and luqman pass.. damn sad lor.. after tat we head back for our kayaking training.. is gym, when we train till sit-up station my old injuries comeback, my right shoulder started to pain dunno y lor.. den i try to hold on the pain and finish all station after tat i go home bathe le i call my dad to message my right shoulder cos inside my shoulder have a sharp pain.. feel very uncomfortable.. hope it will recover soon.. next monday i will have my retest tat i nv passthe criteria they wan de.., so from today i will be training my 2.4km and standing broad jump until my retest but after retest i will still train lacos i dun wish my stamina drop now i can feel my stamina only 4/10 like tat.. feels so bad.. i wan to get back the stamina and power/strenght i have before..
