today is quite a tiring day for mi.. BUT I'M VERY HAPPY~!! =D LOL~, like everyday is my tiring day lei.. hehehe~ =D
morning i went for sea training.. practice my C1, i nv know tat i get use to it so fast.. but still need more practice on it.. looking forward to it.. =D
and today i use most of my voice shouting "JOIN SPRINT KAYAKING", "GIVE IT A TRY", "IT WOULDN'T HARM U", "IF U WANNA BE FIT AND MORE TANNING DO COME JOIN US"
shout till i almost lost my voice lor... haha~ first time shout for so long.. xD

after tat i go swimming pool slack, swimming ard, tanning, play waterpolo and row K1 at swimming pool haha~
the dragonboater oso use our K1 try but they juz keep capsizing.. damn funny la.., look at them juz like i last time started using K1 hahaha~ =P
